At Lady Selection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we offer exchanges for items of the same value. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for another item of equal value.
Eligibility for Exchange
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item is in its original condition, with all tags attached
- The item has not been worn, altered, or used
- The item is returned within 15 days of delivery
- Exchange Process
If your item meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at within 15 days of delivery
- Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and the item you want to exchange it for
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our support team
- Once we receive the item, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost
